A Blog for the ladies who are housewives by profession.
I thought this blog was going to be about women who choose to stay at home and care for their families and homes. I didn't realize it was really just going to be a right-wing political diatribe, and a tirade against women who make different choices in life. How disappointing. Why don't you stick to the housewifery? That way you won't betray your biases and your ignorance. Choosing to stay at home is a fine, honorable choice. Why do you consider it to be the only correct one?P.S. I didn't vote for Hillary. That doesn't mean I will put her down to make myself feel better about myself and my own choices.
Well now I've heard everything. Right wing political diatribe? Stick to housewifery? What an incredible sexist is wordsandmusic! And talk about making choices! So if I choose to stay home with my family, I can't voice an opinion on a political candidate? I may be biased and am probably ignorant of many things, but I am interested and when I want to voice an opinion, I will surely do so.I do not put down people who make different choices in life (unless of course they are trying hard to put themselves in a position to control my life), I am sticking up for the housewife. I feel that one of the reasons that housewifery got such a bad rap is that everybody assumed that when the housewife turned on the vacuum the first thing it did was to suck out her brains. Apparently you are from that camp. My opinion may not always be correct, but I have a right to one, and so does every other housewife. Plus, I am not diatribing, I just really don't like Hillary Clinton.RH
Looooove the blog. I stumbled upon it while looking for diet trends from the 40s (for my own blog).
Great blog and very cool retro housewife site! I too am a housewife and a blogger. I don't care for Hillary either Retro.
