Arrested For Dancing? Seriously?

I'm telling you, folks. This isn't the way things should be. It's downright creepy. Why on earth would they ban dancing at the Jefferson memorial? Who thinks that's the way it should be? June 4th gotta dance.

well...I dont understand why they can't dance. But they were warned, numerous times, and chose to do it anyway. Then several resisted the police. So that part is why they were slammed down. There are many crazy laws, especially at memorial/national parks ect. They could have avoided it by saying "Okay, we understand officers." and left. But no. They decided to act a fool and be idiots.

And whether or not the officers have the right to do that does not concern you?

What if they tell you to get on a train so they can take you to a safe camp for your own protection? You going to say, Yes Officer then, too?

Maybe you will say something when they want to give you a rectal exam at the airport to ensure you have no bombs up there? Or is that a Yes, Officer, too? If you are female, maybe you need a gyno exam, too. Because if the police tell you something, it must be true and right. There is no such thing as an abuse of power or a police state. Madmen never get into power and kill their own citizens, especially not here. It can't happen here.

Some day you should sit down and ask yourself why you think it can't happen here. If your answer is "the government won't let it" you are in serious trouble.
